Orders

Orders can be placed via:

We aim to process and dispatch all orders in 7-10 days. An Order Status email will notify you of any further delays to this time scale.

Please note that any orders received after 12.30pm will be processed the following day. Orders are not processed over a weekend or Bank Holiday.

For queries regarding orders or any advice an e-mail with all the details is suggested for a clear & concise understanding.

Payment

When placing an order on our website, all credit card and personal information is completely protected on our secure server operated by Paypal.
If you having difficulties using our website you may order by e-mail and payments may be made by cheque/postal order or safely and securely to infohoneyandvanilla@yahoo.co.uk via Paypal by clicking on the link below.
Click send money and follow the instructions given.

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of a cleared fund payment. From this aim to deliver all as soon as possible, this is subject to availablity of your chosen items.
Please put a note in the Paypal comments box on any specific requirements i.e. required for wedding, holiday, surgery & date etc., we can then give you an individual update on the status of your order.

Orders are despatched by Royal mail,1st & 2nd class or standard parcels depending on size of order.
Royal Mail 1st Class 1-5 business days, 2nd class 5-10 business days, this does not include weekends. E.g.If you order on a Friday the earliest delivery would be between Wednesday & Friday. Subject to availablilty on items ordered.
NEXT DAY delivery in UK only = £6.95 plus (depending on size of order) payable to infohoneyandvanilla@yahoo.co.uk
Please e-mail us to check stock status before ordering and paying for next day through paypal.

Worldwide - Allow 10 working days from despatch (Royal Mail First Class / local post service) Note in the event of loss we do not cover postal insurance worldwide unless requested & paid for.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Standard First Class deliveries or Second class.

We aim to keep 100% availabilty on most continuity stock. On occasion styles do have a delivery time of up to 28 days. If you would like to check how quickly we could despatch your purchase, please e-mail us at infohoneyandvanilla@yahoo.co.uk

If the Post Office are unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a note for you to collect from your delivery post office.
If not collected within 14 days they will usually return to us.
To post out the second time we will charge and if a refund is requested the initial delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

LOSS:
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item please contact us with your order details & invoice number via e-mail. We will then email you back with the full details for you to follow up.
Please note we are not responsible for goods lost in transit overseas and do not cover costs of the loss, this has to be persued through the relevant carrier by you.
We post all items with proof of posting.
As per our postage section insurance is required by yourselves to cover loss over £34.

Postage

All delivery postage to addresses in the United Kingdom is FREE by Royal Mail 2nd Class post for goods £17.99 and over.
First Class upgrade is available by paying on the postage page.
In the instance of worldwide delivery on occasion charges may apply due to import duties and taxes that you might be liable to, for countries outside the United Kingdom.
Honey and Vanilla will contact you directly in this instance.
First class delivery by Royal Mail does cover the items upto the value of £34. Should extra insurance over £34 be required this will need to be covered by the purchaser.
Honey and Vanilla do not take responsibility for loss in transit for goods above this value if not covered on insurance.
Extra insurance costs are as per Royal mail extra insurance charges & are available on request.

Returns

If your purchase does not meet your expectation or the expectation of the person you’re buying it for, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase less any postage costs we have incurred.

The garments must be unworn & returned within 7 days from your initial delivery. The return will be accepted providing the purchase is in the same condition as despatched. The purchase must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all the labels intact and if boxed in their orginal box.

In the interest of customer hygiene we can not accept return on bottoms that have been worn with out underwear but then found to be unsuitable. Please test all bottoms while wearing your own underwear.

We are aware that customers do order multiple sizes for trial and return sizes that do not fit. In this event a charge of £2.00 is levied for use of garment, as it is not a fault of the garment but the customers wish to try sizes.
Exchanges where the size you ordered does not fit our postal charge on the exchange item needs to be paid on our postage page.
Also note on returns for any reason other than damaged or faulty will be refunded less our postal cost of £2.00


We stock quality branded products which are quality checked before delivery. However should you receive a purchase with a manufacturing fault we will replace your item or offer a refund as required.It may not be possible in some instances to replace seasonal purchase, however we may offer a suitable alternative or refund. Goods damaged by wear will not be refunded unless it is proven to be through faulty goods. Tests will be carried out by the relevant manufacturer.

Please follow the garment care instruction stated by the manufacturer. We can not accept return on items that have not been maintained as stated by the manufacturer.

We advise that all items are hand washed only.

All costs incurred from returning an item will be the responsibilty of the customer unless a mistake has been made by Honey and Vanilla in the original order. Claims on lost returns must be made through your carrier.

to receive authorisation for any returns/ exchanges.

The conditions outlined above do not affect your statutory rights.

When returning a purchase within the UK please do so via Royal Mail. Whe recommend that you obtain a free certificate of posting when sending the goods back, in the event of your purchase being lost in transit you can then make a claim on the Royal Mail. All returns must be posted to:

Refunds

All refunds will be actioned in the same manner as the original payment. Paypal payment by paypal, cheque payment by cheque etc.,
Also note refunds will be less our original postage costs.

VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the U.K rate of 17.5%.

Special Orders

If we are not carrying stock at the time a "special order" can be placed at the carriage cost charge to order £5.00
